All products purchased at Owl Tree Studio are digital products and will be delivered virtually. No physical products will be shipped to you.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Owl Tree Studio has a strict "no-refunds" policy.

However, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we do want you to be happy with your purchases.

If you download a product and discover an error in one of our files, please let us know. We will be happy to work with the designer to provide you with an updated and corrected copy of the product.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all digital papers are in .JPG format and all elements are in .PNG format. These file formats are the industry standard for digital scrapbook products and are compatible with the vast majority of programs used for digital scrapbooking. For this reason, we are unable to provide refunds due to software incompatibility issues. Please make sure that you clearly read the product descriptions to insure that your purchases will work with your software before finalizing your purchase. We do not refund purchases because of software incompatibility.
