Home ::  FAQs FAQs 1. What is the refund policy? Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Owl Tree Studio has a strict "no-refunds" policy. However, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we do want you to be happy with your purchases. If you download a product and discover an error in one of our files, please let us know. We will be happy to work with the designer to provide you with an updated and corrected copy of the product. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all digital papers are in .JPG format and all elements are in .PNG format. These file formats are the industry standard for digital scrapbook products and are compatible with the vast majority of programs used for digital scrapbooking. For this reason, we are unable to provide refunds due to software incompatibility issues. Please make sure that you clearly read the product descriptions to insure that your purchases will work with your software before finalizing your purchase. We do not refund purchases because of software incompatibility. 2. How are products delivered? All products are digital downloads delivered in .ZIP format. No physical products will be shipped to you. 3. How long are products available for download? When you purchase products from Owl Tree Studio, you'll be able to download the products for fourteen (14) days or five (5) download attempts, whichever comes sooner. You can view and download your previous purchases during this time frame from the "My Account" tab. 4. What is the Hoot Scrap kit club? Owl Tree Studio's flagship offering is the Hoot Scrap kit club and it's perfect for people who are looking to try out new designers and stretch their scrapping dollars to the limit. Each month, Hoot Scrap kit club members receive (at least) five (5) full digital scrapbooking kits, 4 smaller designer bonus items such as paper packs, alpha sets, etc. and unannounced goodies through the month. The Hoot Scrap kit club  is just $7.95 per month and is billed automatically each month through Paypal. The kit club is month-to-month membership with no contract. 5. Where can I locate the terms of use? Each designer will include a terms of use for their individual products.
